The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

Name of any enquirer, their email address and any contact details such as phone number or numbers and the address of the location to be quoted for at the person or persons’ request.

This information remains confidential and is not passed on to any external body/individual or used for the purpose of statistical calculations or indeed any other purpose other than to assist a client with a request for cleaning at the defined premises. All Employees have a duty that is stipulated in their contract to maintain client confidentiality. Data will normally be archived then removed from our records within two years unless the person or persons or business become a client when their contact records will be deleted after five years following termination of any service at the client's request.

How we get the personal information and why we have it?
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
    • to allow us to quote for your professional cleaning request
    • to process a job application
    • to answer a query on the cleaning tasks that we can perform
