Ok so here the story goes.....
Once upon a time a long time ago (2008) two guys started a cleaning company and bought their first Karcher Puzzi 200 carpet cleaning machine and they worked hard and got amazing results. - The End -.
Ok not quite 'The End'. 5 x Puzzi 200s later plus several other bigger (and sometimes better) machines we still provide that excellent service. Generally to our regular commercial & domestic clients as we know their property already.
The big thing about carpet cleaning is that it not only takes the stains out (not every stain (nail varnish for instance) and not if you left it a while before calling) but it also takes the odour out as well (you'd be surprised at how much odour is in your carpets).
We'll always carry out an on-site review before quoting (unless we are fully aware of the premises or it's an emergency). It's not because we have heard "They're not really dirty" too often, it's because we need to do site visit to check on water & electricity supplies as well as parking and waste disposal and, most importantly the state of the carpets and the propertly layout. This way we will know the size and number of machines & the number of staff needed and how long it should take.
We also feel that it is common courtesy to meet with the client.
