Commercial Cleaning
Our Commerical cleaning experience comes from a wealth of cleaning experience in the Island's Business Sector from small offices to commercial aircraft, from Doctors' Surgeries to large office complexes and from public toilets to Covid-19 disinfection cleans. Most days of the week require nearly a dozen teams dispersing across the Island to a vast & varied range of clients.
A cleaning team will normally comprise of 3 to 4 cleaners (though less or more when required). One of those cleaners is also a Team Supervisor and one a driver. A Team will be assigned to your building and whilst there will be personnel changes, there will be consistency to ensure a high quality clean. By the way in the unlikely event of us messing up - we fix at our cost.
Cleaning teams know your building thus ensuring they know where to target those areas where dust and dirt collect most. Team members rotate through the various tasks on a regular basis thus ensuring continuity of cleaning when a team member is off sick or on well-deserved holidays.
What do we clean?
• General cleaning from dusting (everywhere – not just what can be seen or is easy) to bathrooms, to kitchens & communal areas.
• External & Internal glass
• Carpet cleaning
• Hard flooring (scrub & seal)
• Vacuuming & mopping
• Brass & Silver polishing
• Hygiene cleaning such as communal items such as light switches, phones, door handles & plates and with special attention to toilet handles, taps & drawer handles.
• Deep cleaning (one-off, remedial, disinfection) comprising any or all of the above
How do we ensure a high standard?
Firstly we’ll bring the place up to a professional standard to ensure we can continue at this level within the hours quoted. Generally either a Director (or both), a Manager or an Area Supervisor will cover the first week or so ensuring this initial stage is completed on schedule.
Secondly we’ll continue to ensure a well-balanced team that at least for the most-part knows the building well and such mundane things as the “bin route” (miss one and they’ll complain, get it right and they’ll think it’s a doddle).
Thirdly a hands on approach by the Operations Team ensuring that we get feedback and up-to-date information about changes to the plethora of working environments as well health & safety and training issues ensure a high standard of operational efficiency.
Cleaning Advice
Cleaning is our expertise and we will always advise the client on cost saving as well as improving the overall standard of cleaning and, most importantly, hygiene (this is not just during a Pandemic but also to ensure employee well-being generally). We are happy to provide feedback to any client. Often to save them money or restructure the cleaning plan.
